Hold Policies:
If you need a little more time before you finally decide on the perfect gown, you will want to take advantage of our unique service.

You may put the gown on a free, 24-hour hold. The gown is taken out of inventory so other brides do not see it. If you do not contact us within 24 hours, the gown will go back into inventory.

You may choose a 7-day hold for 5% of the retail price of the gown. The gown is unavailable to other brides. The 5% is used towards the cost of the gown or a store credit. If you do not contact us within 7 days, the gown will go back into inventory and you will have a store credit in the amount of the hold.

Layaway Policy:
Layaway plans are offered at no additional charge if you wish to space payments. All items remain in the shop during the layaway term.

 

Alterations:
On-site alterations by three experienced seamstresses are available for an additional fee.  

 

NEW Cleaning and Preserving Service:
We now offer an affordable cleaning and preserving service.  Your gown is carefully cleaned, double boxed in an acid-free environment and sealed from destructive insects.  Full service is only $200.00.
